Excellent service from the counter receptionists, especially Xiao Quan, Xiao Yu, Xiao Xiong, and another girl (Xiao X) who worked together as a team of 4 over the period of our stay (23-27 May). They made us feel welcomed and feel at home. They were helpful when we asked for directions etc

1. Lift not working on some days. 2. Carpet along corridors can be cleaner. 3. Toilet at the lobby can be better maintained.

The breakfast was great and the interior design of the hotel was impressive. The hotel's key location made it easy to access different parts of the city. The room itself was comfortable and clean.

The fire safety of the hotel was a major concern. The escape stairs led to a mechanical room and there was no way to get back to any floor.

What an amazing getaway we had at this hotel! the immaculate cleanliness was superb and we had everything we needed in our cozy room. the minibar was full of drinks and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. the location was perfect, we were a stone's throw away from fabulous eateries and transport links. We especially loved the exquisite design of the hotel, which had a very chic and modern vibe.

We did think that the absence of a safe in the room was a bit inconvenient as we had to carry our documents with us. although the fire safety measures looked adequate, we did notice that some of the emergency exits led to obscure mechanical rooms, which seemed odd.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and some good restaurants. the rooms are amazing, very comfortable with lots of space, and the design looks really nice. the hotel provides free access to the minibar and each room is stocked with bathroom goodies.

It was clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary access to the minibar. The bathroom was well-stocked with plenty of amenities. Additionally, the location was excellent as it was right next to a Shangri-la hotel and close to good restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
